Below is five SAP Business One Implementation Phases :
Phase SAP Business One – Implementation “PROJECT PREPRATION”
In this phase, the team prepares and conducts a project kick-off meeting with customer and also work out initial planning and preparation for the SAP Business one Implementation.
Phase (2) SAP Business One – Implementation “BUSINESS BLUEPRINT”
Purpose of this phase is to align and conduct requirements workshop with various key stakeholders to define project objective, scope and schedule. Along with the relevant business process scenarios are defined. And just to documents the results gathered, observed during the workshop with stakeholders, the Business Blueprint is created.
Phase (3) SAP Business One – Implementation “PROJECT REALIZATION”
All the phase in SAP B1 Implementation are important, the objective of this phase is to implement all the business process requirements based on the Business Blueprint created during the Phase 2 “ Workshop & Business Blueprint creation”. Besides, the other important areas of focused on this phase are conducting integration tests and drawing up end users documentation.
Phase (4) SAP Business One – Implementation “FINAL PREPARATION”
During this phase final preparation gets completed (which mostly includes user and administrator training, system management and cutover activities) to finalize go-live readiness.
Phase (5) SAP Business One – Implementation “GO-Live And SUPPORT”
The core objective of this phase is to move from a project-oriented, pre-production environment to live production operation. The most important elements include setting up production support, monitoring system transactions, and optimizing overall system performance.
